The 7 Weeks to Nurturing Yourself & Finding Fulfilment Group Coaching Program is designed to empower you to identify and enact where you can make small but significant changes to your life to improve your wellbeing and more deeply nurture yourself and feel more fulfilled day by day.
Group Coaching modules sent weekly via email providing self-paced completion when it suits your schedule prior to the weekly group coaching session.
Module topics are:
~ Exploring exhaustion and overwhelm
~ The impact of stress
~ Mastering your mindset
~ Beautiful boundaries
~ Your return to vital wellbeing
~ Expanding your horizons
~ Anything is possible
The LIVE coaching/Q&A session will be running Wednesdays 7:00-8:30pm AEST via ZOOM.
These sessions are not mandatory to attend (though highly recommended) and will be recorded, with recordings sent via email to all enrolled participants.
Weekly recorded coaching module (presented by Katrin Howes, Head Coach), workbook, recordings of each LIVE session and support throughout the program provided via email. Phone support is also available by appointment.
Term 2: 7th May-19th June
Term 3: 31st July-11th September

4 Week Introduction to Mindfulness & Meditation Course
Presented for Mindfulness Works Australia in Wagga Wagga, NSW this 4 week, in person course is facilitated by Katrin Howes at a local community centre.
In 2024 it will run on Mondays @ 6:30-7:30pm on the following dates:
~ 5th to 26th February
~ 6th to 27th May
~ 29th July to 19th August
~ 4th to 25th November
The topics covered each week are:
Week 1: What is Mindfulness?
Week 2: Working with the Mind
Week 3: Working with the Emotions
Week 4: Radical Acceptance
Each week will include a comprehensive explanation of each topic and an opportunity to enjoy a guided meditation. Practical and fun, it will give you time between classes to experience the benefits of mindfulness for yourself.
You will also receive an exclusive 45 page guidebook, a free 4 week subscription to the Calm app and access to over 25 guided meditations for you to keep and use for life.
